Graeme Frost - Chief Executive
Cadabra was founded in March 2005 by Graeme Frost. Graeme
has over 20 years’ experience in the tech sector, and 10 years in the travel industry.
The key highlights of Graeme’s career with direct relevance to Cadabra are:
- Graeme was the co-founder and CEO of successful NZ-based software company, Keystone
Solutions, which developed specialist enterprise software for professional services
firms. Graeme founded Keystone in 1991. Initially a private company, Graeme took
Keystone public in 1997 when it listed on the London Stock Exchange. Keystone was
finally acquired by Australian company Solution 6 in May 2002. At the time of the
acquisition Keystone was operating in the UK, US, Australia and NZ, with over 200
personnel and annual revenues of NZ$27m.
- Prior to founding Keystone, Graeme specialised in designing and developing software
systems for the Travel market for over 10 years, initially at Atlantic & Pacific
where he was the IT Director from 1980 to 1984, and then at Wang New Zealand. At
Wang Graeme managed the Travel Systems Group and was responsible for architecting
and managing the development of the a solution implemented by three of the largest
NZ travel companies at that time - Atlantic & Pacific, Newmans and Gullivers.
